10TV crews responded to several crashes overnight. Three counties -- Crawford, Muskingum, and Perry -- were under a level 1 snow emergency due to slippery roads and limited visibility.

Thousands of American Electric Power customers lost power, nearly 6,000 in Franklin County. AEP has not yet confirmed a cause for the outages.

The Doppler 10TV team will be monitoring the changes throughout the morning. Keep checking on-air and on-line for the latest forecast.
