I-70 in Madison County back open after crash involving 2 tractor-trailers

A section of Interstate 70 in Madison County is back open after a crash involving two tractor-trailers.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, both directions of I-70 were shut down between SR-142 and US-42.

The crash happened around 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Only minor injuries were reported.

Crews were able to reopen eastbound lanes around 3:40 p.m.

The westbound lanes opened around 7:30 p.m.
