Grill Master Ann Driza from Longhorn Steakhouse joins 10TV's Valencia Wicker and Ross Caruso to discuss how to make a great steak this holiday weekend.

Steak Marination
• 4 22 oz. bone-in Porterhouse steaks
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon granulated onion
• 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

Grilling Directions
• LongHorn Steakhouse recommends a char-grill for bone-in steak like our LongHorn Porterhouse.
• A Porterhouse combines a bone-in strip and a tender filet into one thick cut.
• If grilling outdoors, clean and heat to 550° F then spray oil on your grill to help with searing and prevent sticking. If grilling indoors, preheat sauté pan or indoor grill to high heat and season pan with oil.
• Combine salt, pepper, granulated onion and granulated garlic in a bowl then season steaks generously.
• Place seasoned steaks on the grill.
• Grill to your desired degree of doneness. Make quarter turns every 2 to 3 minutes to get diamond marks. 130–140° F for medium rare.
• Remove steaks from the grill and let rest 2 - 3 minutes.
• Plate each steak and enjoy!
