Fredericktown man receives sixth OVI offense from OSHP

DELAWARE -- A Fredericktown man has received his sixth OVI offense from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Roger R. Raubenolt was arrested and charged on April 15 for operating a vehicle under the influence, resulting in a traffic crash on State Route 229, according to authorities.

Investigators said Raubenolt was traveling eastbound on State Route 229 when he drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash and there were no passengers in Raubenolt's vehicle.

Raubenolt is expected to appear in the Delaware County Municipal Court on April 20 at 8 a.m. The case is still pending.
