Dublin police arrest 2 suspects linked to thefts from vehicles

The Dublin Police Department has arrested two suspected linked to a string of thefts from vehicles and the theft of two vehicles.

Thirty-five-year-old Carlos Del Fierro was arrested in mid-June. Authorities said Del Fierro was observed driving a stolen vehicle, attempting to enter an unlocked vehicle and fleeing from police.

Del Fierro was also wanted on several warrants and was taken into custody without incident.

Upon searching the vehicle he was driving, items reported stolen from recent vehicle thefts were located.

He was indicted on several receiving stolen property charges.

Twenty-six-year-old Kenneth Beggrow was arrested on July 7 after he was also observed driving a stolen vehicle.

Beggrow was taken into custody without incident. He faces charges of receiving stolen property and failure to comply with orders of a police officer.

Both remain in jail awaiting trial.
