DELAWARE, Ohio – A Delaware man has been sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to ten counts of child pornography.

Brian J. Eley was indicted in March 2019 after the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children received a tip in January 2019.

The tip connected child pornography images to a photo-sharing service called SmugMug-Flickr. The account was linked back to Eley.
