Dad 'couldn't be happier' after school allows boy to wear hot dog costume in ID picture

BIDDEFORD, Maine (WBIR) — The outcome of a dad's dare for his son has gone viral in a hilarious school ID photo.

Biddeford Intermediate School allowed one of its students to wear a costume, not for Halloween, but for the ID picture.

Craig Arsenault posted the photo on Facebook Thursday, saying he and his wife dared their son to wear a hot dog costume for school pictures.

"The school let him do it, and I couldn't be happier," he said.

As of Friday afternoon, the photo has been shared more than 20,000 times.
