Columbus Police looking for man who robbed Hallmark on Polaris Parkway

Columbus Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Hallmark on Polaris Parkway.

It happened Sunday, February 4, at around 3:30 p.m.

Police say the man walked into the Hallmark Store located at 1307 Polaris Parkway and took an item up to the counter.

While he was paying for it, police say he suddenly lunged for the cash drawer.

Police say the clerk attempted to close the drawer, but the man jumped over the counter and violently pushed her.

The man took money from the drawer and ran out the front doors.

The man was described as a white male, 5' to 5'11", 170 to 180 lbs, 30-40 years old, brown hair with facial stubble.

The same man is also suspected of committing a robbery at the Hallmark on Georgesville Road on February 2.
