COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A man wanted in connection to the attack on a Short North street artist was arrested Thursday, according to Columbus Police.

Thirty-year-old Brendan Tyler Baldwin is accused of attacking 63-year-old Malcolm Jones on March 1.

The attack happened in the afternoon at Mike's Grill after Jones helped a bartender with a belligerent customer.

An hour after he was removed, witnesses say the man returned, armed with a broken beer bottle.

Malcolm spoke to 10TV from his hospital bed Friday, after having surgery to save his right eye. His eye socket is fractured and his vision is in jeopardy.
