Columbus man accused of threatening to shoot up Fairfield County business

BALTIMORE, Ohio - A Columbus man was arrested after Baltimore police said he posted threats of violence online.

Baltimore police chief Mike Tussey told 10TV 20-year-old Sean Brandt was staying with a family member in Baltimore when there was a disagreement over some missing money.

Tussey said Brandt then took to social media and threatened to shoot up a business and run over someone with his vehicle.

Brandt showed he had an AR-15 and a Glock pistol in the videos, according to Tussey.

Brandt was taken into custody in Columbus by members of the ATF Task Force and the Columbus Police SWAT Team.

He is charged with aggravated menacing, menacing and two counts of telecommunications harassment.

Baltimore police said more charges are pending.

He is scheduled to be in Fairfield County Municipal Court on Monday.
