Classes to resume at Columbus State's Westerville campus after body found in bathroom


Classes and offices at the Columbus State Westerville Regional Learning Center will reopen at their normal times today.

Evening classes at Columbus State's campus in Westerville were canceled Wednesday after a body was found in a bathroom.

An official with the school said a male student was found dead in the bathroom.

The student was found by another student and Genoa Township Police responded to the campus around 5:45 p.m.

Columbus State said there is no cause of death and does not appear to be suspicious.

Genoa Township Police are conducting a death investigation.
