Buckeyes’ Dwayne Haskins named Heisman Trophy finalist

Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins has been named a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.

In his first full season as a starter, Haskins has completed 348 passes for 4,580 yards with 47 passing touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns.

The two other finalists announced Monday night were Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray and Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

This year’s Heisman Trophy presentation will air Saturday at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
