7-year old Columbus girl launches inclusive clothing line

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Many adults don't dare to take the leap and start their own business. But a central Ohio seven-year-old has done just that.

With the help of her mom, Kylie just launched her clothing line called "Kylie Dreamz" this week. They're starting small, with shirts, pants and a backpack.

She was inspired to create her apparel of her own after noticing a trend in stores - she didn't notice pictures of girls on clothing that looked like her. Her mom encouraged her to do something about it.

That 'something' turned into a business idea with a deep message of representation and empowerment. With the help of a graphic designer, Kylie's art turned into apparel, for all girls of color.
