Police identified the woman as 23-year-old Cliona Kelleher.

Police said Kelleher was driving westbound on Nationwide Boulevard and failed to stop or turn into a parking lot before a dead end, causing her to strike the signs and poles.

She continued westbound and struck the abandoned water pumping station. Police said the impact caused the Toyota to catch fire.
