The teens were immediately transported to local hospitals, where Sharp later died. Police say the girl was shot in the leg and is in stable condition.

Police do not believe the shooting is associated with the school. They believe the shooting began because of an argument between the suspect and Sharp.

No arrests have been made in the case, but police say they do have a person of interest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Columbus Police's Homicide Unit at (614) 645-4730 or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at (614) 461-TIPS (8477).
