1 critical after pedestrian hit-and-run crash in south Columbus

COLUMBUS, OHIO - Columbus Police are searching for the driver who hit a pedestrian at the intersection of Parsons Avenue and East Innis Avenue Friday morning.

Investigators say the crash happened at 10:19 a.m. in south Columbus.

A vehicle struck the person and kept going. The victim was taken by first responders to Grant Medical Center in critical condition, according to police.

Officers have closed the intersection while they investigate. Police have not released a description of the vehicle involved in this crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
