The conditions inside the home on White Road were so deplorable that some seasoned humane society agents were not able to stay inside, 10TV's Ashleigh Barry reported on Friday.
Inside the home authorities found several puppies in playpens full of feces, along with water bowls filled with urine.

"It was one of the worst hoarding cases that we've seen," said Danyel Bageant with the Fayette County Humane Society.
Bageant said she went to the home after receiving a tip from a concerned citizen.
"It's very devastating. It's upsetting to know somebody can keep this many animals in these horrible conditions," she said.
The humane society believes the hoarding may have gone on for years, Barry reported. It was not until recently, when two dogs were struck by vehicles on a nearby road that someone caught on.
Neighbor Linda Miller said she went to the home after finding the injured dogs, but no one answered her knocks.
"We basically took care of them, rather than leave them for dead on the road because we couldn't get anyone to come to the door over there to let them know that their dogs had died," Miller said.
10TV was not able to reach the residents at the home for comment.
The county health inspector said he gave them three weeks to clean up the home, Barry reported.
Authorities said animal neglect charges will be filed against the residents on Monday.
More than 20 dogs removed from the home were receiving proper care, and will likely be available for adoption in 6-8 weeks, Barry reported.
