COLUMBUS, Ohio — Dozens of restaurants will entice diners this week, as Dine Originals Week runs through Sunday.

The weeklong celebration of locally-owned eateries features deals at 42 restaurants, 10TV's Brandon Roux reported.

Restaurants put together special menus and dining deals range from meals for as little as $10 up to $30. All participating restaurants are offering discounted rates, Roux reported.

The focus of the week is to spotlight the central Ohio culinary scene and promote locally-owned businesses.

Participating restaurants are everywhere from Lancaster to Dublin, and in between.

Many restaurants from the Short North and German Village are participating, Roux reported.

A portion of the proceeds from Dine Originals Week will go to Local Matters, a group promoting healthy food education and increased access to wholesome foods for children.
