The incident occurred at about 8:50 p.m. on the third floor of the 12th Avenue Garage, located at 340 W. 12th Avenue.

According to police, the woman was getting out of her vehicle when a man grabbed her from behind and demanded her wallet.

The robber was described as being 6 feet tall with a medium build, and was wearing brown sweat pants and a brown hooded sweatshirt.
