Crime Stoppers Adds Accused Thief To Most Wanted List

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Crime Stoppers added a man accused of kidnapping, robbery and theft to its most wanted list this
week.
Ronald D. Hysell II allegedly punched and kicked a man into submission and then robbed him of all his money, police said.
Hysell, 31, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 178 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
