Most Wanted Man Accused Of Receiving Stolen Car

Crime Stoppers on Wednesday said that their most wanted fugitive this week has a stolen car in
his possession.
According to police, Wilber P. Alvarado received the vehicle while knowing it was stolen.
Alvarado, 27, is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
