Hundreds Of Bookstores Closing, Including Central Ohio Locations

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A popular book store chain is closing hundreds of stores, including several in central Ohio,
10TV News reported.
Borders Group announced it will close 200 Waldenbooks stores, and cut 1,500 jobs in January.
Store closings including the Polaris Fashion Place location in Columbus; stores in Heath and Marion; and the outlet store at Prime Outlets in Jeffersonville.
The Waldenbooks stores at Tuttle Crossing in Columbus and River Valley Mall in Lancaster will stay open.
