Police ID Body Found Floating Near Greenlawn Dam

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Authorities have identified a woman whose body was discovered Tuesday floating in the water near
the Greenlawn Dam.
A man riding a bicycle across the Greenlawn Avenue bridge spotted the body and flagged down firefighters, who later pulled the corpse from the Scioto River.
On Wednesday, police identified the woman as Sandra B. Withers, 42.
The Franklin County Coroner was expected to conduct an autopsy to determine how Withers died.
