Bicycle Bandit Robs Bank

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man robbed the Cooper State Bank on North High Street Friday, 10TV News reported.

The FBI said the unidentified man robbed the bank at about 2:39 p.m., threatening employees and making off with an undisclosed amount of money. 

Although no weapon was seen by bank employees, the robber implied he had one in a large, red shopping bag, which was used in the robbery.

The robber was described as a white man, in his 30s or 40s, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium build and a moustache.

He was wearing a dark hooded jacket, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and dark-colored gloves and rode away on his bike headed southbound on High Street.
