Car Strikes Tractor-Trailer Along I-70, Killing Teen

WEST JEFFERSON, Ohio — A teenage girl was killed Friday night when her car collided with a tractor-trailer along
Interstate 70 in Madison County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
The crash occurred shortly before 8 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-70 near state Route 29.
According to the patrol, freeway traffic was beginning to slow ahead of a construction zone when a car driven by Andia R. Shisler crashed into the rear of a tractor-trailer.
Shisler, 18, of Lima, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Shisler was attending classes at Urbana University, the patrol said.
No one else was injured in the crash.
The wreck remained under investigation.
