According to firefighters, authorities arrested Ryan Parsley on Markison Avenue, located in South Columbus, at about 10:30 a.m.

Earlier this month, Parsley pleaded guilty to helping set a Barthman Avenue home on fire in January, 10TV News reported.

Parsley was placed on two years' probation and Franklin County Children's Services, which received custody of Parsley, assigned the boy to the New Horizon Youth Center, a secure residential treatment facility in the village of Bethesda in Belmont County in eastern Ohio.

He escaped from that facility last week.

Parsley had previously escaped from a Franklinton treatment center in March. He turned himself in a few weeks later.
