When she got to Rio, she asked her husband, David Goldman for a divorce and three years later married Joao Paulo Lins e Silva, an attorney.  Bianchi died in childbirth last year; Goldman has been trying to get custody of his son ever since.  After a lengthy court battle, a judge ruled this month that Sean would have to come back to Tinton Falls, New Jersey where his father lives.

In an effort to sway the court's decision, his Brazilian family arranged an interview with a psychologist in a hospital in Rio on Monday.  The transcript, released by his step-father's attorneys, revealed that Sean was upset with the prospect of leaving his Brazilian family.  David Goldman's attorney, Ricardo Zamariola Jr., said in a Supreme Court hearing in Brazil last week that the 9-year-old was under pressure from his mother's family and was unable to decide for himself whether he wanted to stay in Brazil.  So, the battle continues. 

"The Early Show" has secured an exclusive interview with Sean Goldman's stepfather, Joao Paulo Lins e Silva and his grandmother.  They will be in the studio on Tuesday morning.  In addition, we also have the first interview with 9-year-old Sean.
