MARION, Ohio — Investigators believe they have surveillance video showing what appears to be a 4-year-old Crawford County girl who has been missing since May 28, 10TV's Brittany Westbrook reported.

Haylee Donathan was last seen on May 28 in Crestline, Ohio.

Authorities believe the girl is with her mother, Candace Watson, and Robbi Potter, a registered sex offender who escaped from a halfway house in Richland County.

According to investigators, surveillance video recorded May 31 at a Wal-Mart in Marion showed Watson inside the store while Potter stayed outside, Westbrook reported.

The video was recorded shortly before 3 p.m.

Surveillance video also shows what appears to be a child in the pickup used by the couple, Westbrook reported.

The pickup is a blue, 1988 Chevrolet with Ohio license plate number DNS9729.

Assistant Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Drew Deserto said authorities were offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Potter's arrest.
