Ohio State Football Recruit Faces Drug Charges

Berry, a running back out of Miami's Palmetto High School, was released from jail on $5,000 bond, 10TV News reported.
Berry was rated among the top running backs in the U.S. during his recruiting. He was offered scholarships by 25 schools and selected Ohio State over Mississippi, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Auburn, Clemson, South Carolina and Michigan.

During his junior year of high school, Berry rushed for over 1,000 yards.
Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel said he would not comment on the case until he receives more information about what happened.
