Patton pleaded no contest to a charge of criminal mischief stemming from his arrest last year at Sports Ohio in Dublin.

According to police, Patton shut off water to urinals and placed cups inside in an attempt to collect urine.
Patton's case has sparked proposed legislation that would make collecting another person's bodily fluids without permission a crime. Earlier this week, the Ohio Senate approved the proposal by a vote of 30-3.
The bill is now before the Ohio House of Representatives for review.
