Managers at the Whole Foods store on West Dublin-Granville Road near Sawmill Road recognized Alan Patton and called police, 10TV's Kevin Landers reported.
Patton said he did nothing wrong and police did not cite him, but store managers asked him not to return.

Patton spoke exclusively with 10TV News about the incident.
"I'm not engaging in any offensive behavior, and I feel that when I shop, I shop for the things I need," Patton said. "I don't need to be harassed in the process of doing that."
Patton has a history of incidents involving the collecting of urine in public restrooms and drinking it. He earlier spent four years in prison for fondling two boys in a public restroom in 1993.
"I know the past is a concern," Patton told 10TV News after being asked to leave Whole Foods. "Now I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm merely shopping, going about my day in a lawful manner."
Patton's fetish for urine prompted lawmakers to craft a bill that would outlaw the collection of someone's bodily fluids without permission.
