His move to Columbus is somewhat of a homecoming, as he is from Cincinnati.  Before moving here, Glenn was a weekend anchor/investigative reporter in Tulsa, Okla. 

In his three years there, his work was honored by the Oklahoma Society of Professional Journalists (First Place Investigative Reporting 2007), and the Oklahoma Associated Press (Second Place Investigative Reporting 2005). 

Prior to Tulsa, McEntyre worked for 3 years in Springfield, Ill., where he reported and anchored the morning show.

In 2003, Glenn was honored to be named Springfield's "Best Broadcast Journalist" by the local newsweekly. 

Before landing in Springfield, he worked for 5 years at WCPO-TV in Cincinnati as an assignment editor and field producer.  Much of his time at WCPO was spent juggling work and school.  He studied Broadcast Journalism and Political Science at Northern Kentucky University. 

Glenn grew up in South Carolina.  He enjoys reading, politics and sampling Columbus' many great restaurants.  He considers himself lucky to be making a living doing what he loves.
