Brandon Roux
Live Doppler 10 Meteorologist
Roux most recently worked for KTLK radio in Minneapolis where he was the station's chief meteorologist for all Twin Cities Clear Channel radio stations. Prior to KTLK, Roux had stints at WFTC-TV in Minneapolis, where he served as chief meteorologist for the weekday 10 p.m. newscasts. He also spent time at KTNV-TV in Las Vegas and KIVI-TV in Boise, where he was a weather anchor and reporter.
Roux graduated summa cum laude from Iona College with a degree in Mass Communications, then went on to Mississippi State University, where he received a degree in Certified Broadcast Meteorology. He is a full member in both the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society. He also holds the Television Seal of Approval from the AMS and the NWA TV Seal of Approval.
"I'm very excited to be here in Columbus," Roux said. "The station and the city have such a rich history that it's a thrill to be at WBNS-10TV. I'm proud to be working with Kurt, Tracy, Dom and the whole weekend crew. We all feel that our hard work provides the best coverage in town."
Brandon is married with a son (Christian) and daughter (Gianna) and love their community, just north of Columbus.
