CINCINNATI (AP) — Police have arrested a man they say killed a 2-year-old Cincinnati boy last week.
Cincinnati police say 27-year-old Amond Rainey was arrested Thursday in the death of Josiya Eves.
Josiya was hospitalized Aug. 25 after he was reportedly injured in a fall at Rainey's home. He died two days later.
An autopsy found Josiya died of blunt force trauma and murder charges were filed against Rainey.
It was not immediately clear if Rainey had an attorney.
