CINCINNATI (AP) — Two men have been found along the banks of the Great Miami River in Miami Township, Hamilton County, after their vehicle rolled over into the river.
Sheriff Jim Neil says 41-year-old James Arszman of Colerain Township and 46-year-old Matthew Howard of Norwood, were riding in a Jeep on all-terrain vehicle trails along the Great Miami River around 8:20 p.m. Sunday when their vehicle slid off the trail. It rolled over several times and came to a rest partly submerged in the water.
Arszman was able to call 911. Howard was trapped in the Jeep briefly but was able to free himself. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of possible shoulder and leg injuries.
Authorities say criminal trespass charges are pending against the two men.
