2 men die in shooting at Columbus home

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Police are looking for the gunmen who came into a Columbus home and killed two young men.

A report said the two gunmen entered the home in the Franklinton section west of downtown just before 9:30 p.m. Monday and shot two men in the upper body.

Twenty-two-year-old Robert Bass was dead at the scene, and 21-year-old Cherod Houchins died a short time later at a hospital.

Witnesses said the suspects fired several shots and fled on foot. Police say they don't have information about a motive.

There have been 59 homicides in the city of Columbus so far in 2014.
