2 arrests in Ohio boy's playground shooting

CLEVELAND (AP) — Police say they have arrested two suspects in a drive-by shooting that wounded a 4-year-old boy at a playground on Cleveland's east side.

The boy was with an older sibling at the playground Sunday afternoon when the shot was fired from a passing car, striking the 4-year-old in the thigh. The boy was treated at a hospital. Police say they don't believe the boy was the gunman's intended target.

Cleveland police arrested 19-year-old Gary Williams after he turned himself in Tuesday on a charge of felonious assault. Court records didn't indicate an attorney.

A 16-year-old juvenile who police suspect was driving the car turned himself in to police Monday. A third suspect is being sought.

Police found the vehicle used in the drive-by on Monday.
