CLEVELAND (AP) — A Cleveland business owner has been arrested in the shooting death of a neighboring businessman.
Forty-nine-year-old Bryan Durham was ordered held on a $2 million bond Friday during a hearing in Cleveland Municipal Court.
His attorney did not return a call for comment Saturday.
The body of 50-year-old Herman Coleman was found April 15 behind the commercial warehouse where he and Durham owned businesses.
Witnesses told police that the night before, they saw the men step behind the building to talk. About 20 minutes later, they heard a gunshot and saw Durham leave the area.
No one called 911 until the next morning, when a man found Coleman's body.
The Plain Dealer reports (http://bit.ly/1iLbfb9) that Coleman owned an auto body shop in the warehouse, and Durham owns a concrete business.
