Ohio worker dies in early morning accident

BLUE ASH, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in southwest Ohio say a worker has died in an apparent early morning accident.

Police in the northeast Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash say first responders to a 911 call found a man dead at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday. Police say he was pinned between a wall and a metal ramp in a loading area at a food distribution business.

Blue Ash police identified him as Donald J. Stevenson, a truck driver from Lima, Ohio.

Authorities are still investigating, and say the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified.
