LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — A prosecutor says not-guilty pleas have been entered for two 19-year-old men charged with aggravated murder in the slaying of a southwest Ohio teen whose body was dumped several counties away.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell says Austin Myers and Timothy Mosley were arraigned Friday in the Jan. 28 slaying of 18-year-old Justin Back at his Wayne Township home.

Mosley is from Dayton, and Myers is homeless. A judge ordered them held without bail.

They're also changed with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, grand theft of a firearm, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and safecracking.

Their attorneys didn't immediately return calls Friday.

Fornshell says Back was choked and stabbed and then was shot after he died.

The defendants could face a possible death penalty if convicted.
