2 teens indicted in southwest Ohio teen's slaying

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — Two teens have been indicted on aggravated murder charges in the slaying of a southwest Ohio teen whose body was dumped several counties away.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell says defendant Austin Myers, who is homeless, and defendant Timothy Mosley, of Dayton, could get the death penalty if convicted.

Fornshell said Monday that a grand jury had indicted the two in the January 28 slaying of 18-year-old Justin Back at his Wayne Township home.

The teens are also charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, grand theft with a firearm, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and safecracking.

Fornshell says Back was choked and stabbed and then shot after he died.

Mosley's attorney didn't immediately return a call for comment Monday. Fornshell says Myers will be assigned an attorney.
