Knox: 'It hit me like a train'

NEW YORK (AP) — Amanda Knox says a decision by Italian courts to reinstate a guilty verdict against her "hit me like a train."

Speaking to Robin Roberts on ABC's "Good Morning America," Knox said Friday that the decision was "not right" and "not fair."

An Italian court on Thursday reinstated a guilty verdict first handed down against her and an ex-boyfriend in 2009 in the slaying of a British roommate. The verdict was overturned in 2011, but Italy's supreme court vacated that decision and sent the case back for a third trial in Florence.

The 26-year-old University of Washington student says she will never willingly go back to Italy and vowed to "fight this until the very end."
