Video shows Ohio trooper and explosives defendant

LONDON, Ohio (AP) — Police video shows an Indiana National Guardsman who was stopped in central Ohio with dozens of bombs and four guns in his vehicle trying to explain what he has to a trooper.

The man, Andrew Boguslawski, is heard offering to get out of his vehicle and show the trooper what he calls a conceal carry holster. The trooper had stopped him for allegedly speeding along Interstate 70 west of Columbus.

The video released Monday shows the trooper, with gun drawn, telling Boguslawski to stay in his car.

Boguslawski initially is heard telling the trooper he doesn't have a gun, but the patrol says the trooper spied the butt of a gun tucked between the defendant's legs.

Boguslawski's attorney, Mark Babb, said he hadn't seen the video and couldn't comment.
