BARBERTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities are investigating a multiple shooting in northeast Ohio New Year's Eve that left two people dead.
Police in Barberton responded to reports of the shooting just before 7 p.m. in the city near Akron.
The Akron Beacon Journal reports Wednesday (http://bit.ly/1cIlZlV ) that officers responding to a call for help found four victims.
Jason Gorm, a forensic investigator at the Summit County Medical Examiner's officer, said the office received the bodies of a male and female from Barberton, but he couldn't give a cause of death.
Autopsies are scheduled Thursday.
A message was left with Barberton police.
