3 people shot at Dayton club, expected to survive

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Three people were wounded by gunfire in a shooting at a Dayton night club early Christmas morning.

Officers responding to reports of a shooting at the K-9 Club arrived to find three people with gunshot wounds.

The Dayton Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/19fcZQK) that dispatch records say that two of the victims were shot in the legs and the third was shot in the shoulder area.

They were taken to local hospitals with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses described the shooter and his vehicle to police.

Officers later arrested two people on unrelated warrants after pulling a vehicle that matched their description.

It's unclear whether either of them were the suspected shooter.

The shooting is under investigation.
