Dogs relieve test stress for PLU students

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — It's finals week at Pacific Lutheran University where students can relieve some of the test stress with visiting therapy dogs.

The News Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1dmVfp6 ) volunteers with Therapy Dogs International brought several dogs and one cat to campus.

Animal visits were a hit at a dormitory last semester, so students expanded the idea.

Even students who didn't hold or pet the animals enjoyed the distraction of seeing them on campus.
