Man charged, didn't tell sexual partner about HIV

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Boise man is charged with not telling a sexual partner that he is infected with the virus that causes AIDS.

Prosecutors charged 40-year-old James S. Lamorie with transferring of body fluids containing the HIV virus.

A sexual partner of Lamorie reported in August that he learned of Lamorie's HIV infection after they had engaged in sex.

Lamorie was arrested Thursday on a warrant that listed his bond at $100,000. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
