Ohio school bus driver charged with rape

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (AP) — A western Ohio school bus driver has been arrested on rape charges.

Tecumseh (Tuh-KUM'-suh) Schools Superintendent Bradley Martin tells WHIO TV (http://bit.ly/Iu3qXx ) that the case could involve a student. But he says to his knowledge, the alleged crime didn't happen during school hours.

Twenty-one-year-old Adam James Overholser (OH'-vur-hol-sur) of New Carlisle (CAR'-leye-ul) was being held in Clark County Jail in Springfield on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition. He was due in court Thursday. No attorney was listed for him.
