2 young adults arrested in Ohioan's shooting death

CANTON, Ohio (AP) — Police say two young adults from northeast Ohio have been arrested in the shooting death of an 88-year-old man in what investigators suspect was a burglary that didn't go as planned.

Canton police say the man was found in his kitchen Saturday evening. He had been shot in the chest and abdomen.

Police say the suspects, ages 18 and 19, were arrested Monday. The Repository newspaper (http://bit.ly/17QddA9) reports both are charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.

Canton police Capt. Dave Davis says police believe it's a case of "a burglary gone wrong."

Police records show an earlier burglary reported at the home Nov. 18.
