BEAVERTON, Ore. (AP) — Police have spent the night searching for an 11-year-old girl who went missing from a hotel in a Portland suburb.
Beaverton police were asking for the public's help in finding the Hailey Nory-Wilson, who is autistic, and the search for her continued Monday.
An airplane assisted in the effort Sunday evening.
Police say Hailey was reported missing at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday from an Extended Stay Hotel in Beaverton and last seen wearing a light-colored hoodie, black shirt and slippers.
Police say the girl is not familiar with the area and does not have friends or family nearby.
She is just taller than 5 feet, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
